Re: PDC World Grand Prix 2011 - Money to defend, OOM...
The UK players aren't allowed to be day members, enter 2 events and qualify through seperate tour qualifying system for the worlds. I think that's the problem. Steve's got a tour card though, so that's mainly what my response was about. If random players like Huybrechts and van der Rijk can apparen...

Re: Time to give out WC wildcards?
i dont think any wildcards should be given out. especially in ranked events. non ranked maybe, but any ranked events, places should be "earned". end of.

Re: The Fixer rants and raves
i for the life of me dont understand why any of us reply to fixers posts! if you brought jesus home to him for a cup of tea, he would still be agnostic! in other words when he posts drivel, and it isnt friendly banter or contstructive he/she should be ignored so he does not get a platform to engage ...

Re: Adrian Lewis
Adrian Lewis has annoyed more then one of the players he has played this week with his antics Have a look for the jog down the oche to make the stage bounce , or the arm brush of his opponent , or the blowing on the back of his opponents neck when they are throwing. Dont think its the last we will ...

Re: How will Phil respond?
What gamesmanship was this? all i saw was phil "reacting" to something we as fans could not detect. phil seemed to look at adie then clap as if to say "well done", it worked! and as for working the crowd, i dont think any player should do it, while the other guy is on the oche ac...

Re: Players entering the CLD late
yeah, i understand your point, but this is different, it isnt ranked, its over 3 seperate weeks, you dont know when you are in it. i would think it difficult to turn down work months in advance "just in case" your in gp 1 2 etc especially when its your job. plus the 29 involved to me does ...

Re: Players entering the CLD late
i understand what you mean BUT it has to be the same rule for all players invited (top 29) plus the top 8 can change significantly when you consider after the calender is done you have numerous tv events including the matchplay etc. what maybe should happen is when the "cut off" point is r...

Re: Players entering the CLD late
you have to have a blanket rule, not just one for baney and terry jenks. when the groups are decided players are "invited" to take part, players shouldnt lose out, because they made a booking in jan feb etc when they didnt know what group they would be in.

Re: Players entering the CLD late
i would agree if this event was ranked, but then you would have to make a cut off point for entry at the beginning of the year and have the "groups" sorted, so players can make sure they are available. i dont think it would be reasonable that in january players have to keep 9 days free, wh...

Re: Harrington Says "Terry Jenkins attitude stinks"
just dont get all these negative comments about terry jenkins. barney has a break goes the world cup etc, dennis decides to wind down his playing career and says he will turn up to whatever he gets invited into,(which i agree with and understand) other players kind of pick and choose what tournament...

Re: Harrington Says "Terry Jenkins attitude stinks"
The point Rod Harrington tries to get across is that the PDC is not a hobby, it's for serious players. Not too difficult to understansd is it? There's big money there to be won and it's not unfair that the PDC (and Harrington represents the PDC when he says these things) expect them to earn that mo...

Re: PDC/Super League
i would like to think the bdo could have an open door policy and invite all the pdc to play in all the bdo comps, welsh open british classic etc, just think how much momey they could generate if the top pdc players enter these comps. BUT they obviously wont and have made it clear where they stand. w...
