Re: 2018 PDC World Championship- Alexandra Palace, London-14th December 2017- 1st January 2018
Poor from Pipe IMO, Mason suggesting Smith wouldn't have heard it is beside the point. It could have been an innocent cough yes, and I don't know enough about Pipe's previous record of sportsmanship to add any weight to the contrary but for me Pipe seemed to have a look of desperation about him. Smi...

Yeah Mensa will be after him at this rate, once he learns to read of course...BlueSpark wrote:GeniusPaddy McGinty wrote:Pick up chalk or pen and write 501. Then take away what ever score you hit each time.
Gave up, practicing the finishing as Wubba suggested. At least until this Stella takes over.
Cheers all!

Quick one - help!
Afternoon all,
Hopefully after some quick help. I'm in a pub on my Jack with a board and a 'Chalkie' scorer. Cannot for the life of me set it to Vs Computer, does anyone have a chalkie electronic scorer or know how to set up a game of 501 against the computer?
Cheers,
Andy

Nope, 27. Wish I'd have discovered darts at 15 though.Ginge wrote:Sorry suppose we should ask here: does the 15 in your username relate to your age?

Re: Different circuits/tours/leagues.
You really arent asking much here are you :WWWW: Keeping it simple RE the PDC part of your question Living in Wigan, I'm aware that Robin Park holds a number of events throughout the season for various different reasons, the only one that I really understand the concept of though is Q-School. I see...

Re: Different circuits/tours/leagues.
well, it's massive question but one thing is certain, you live in possibly the best place in the country to consider all routes and see darts at a high level. Are you looking play at this sort of level? Thanks Skewball - I'm relatively new to the sport and have lot to learn, however I believe that ...

Different circuits/tours/leagues.
Morning all, I was wandering if somebody could provide me with a very basic/idiots guide to the different circuits/tours within darts in the UK. Apologies if it's been covered elsewhere. I understand the two different organisations the BDO and PDC and although the politics between the two doesn't re...

Re: Communal Darters Diary
Thanks all, I think finishing needs to be my real focus for improvement going forwards - I am regularly on a finish after 15-18 darts and can take more than a handful of darts to get out from there, both with missed doubles and more often than I'd like missing the 'big number' after missing inside ...

Re: Communal Darters Diary
Playing 'properly' for around two years. Try and get an hour a night in whenever possible. Mostly play alone at home against computer as no friends/family are into darts. Looking to improve and join a pub team in the near future. Seem to panic at the thought of a good leg? Example - Started a leg 14...

Bulls Termote 2.0 Lighting system.
Hi all, I've been using the Bulls Termote lighting system for about 12 months now and whilst the light quality is superb, it is very susceptible to damage due to being made from polystyrene. Bounce outs and even flights being spat out of the stem have caused damage to the outside, (plus the odd stra...

Re: Good enough?
Thanks for the replies everybody. Much appreciated. I certainly think the next step is to join a team and start to play competitively against other people. Playing against the computer has its uses, but can become repetitive and sense of achievement isn't always the best even when I play well. I liv...
