If Cadby has to drop out due to his Visa problems, does his place go to the next person on the OOM or the PDPA qualifier?

Is it just the top 2 that can get a place at the main world championships or if the people in the top 2 are already qualified does it roll down the oom

At the risk of being different I really hope he gets a Visa and gets back to playing Darts in the UK and playing in the big events. I love darts and think we need the best players from all corners of the world playing in the big events and I think Cadby is or at least has the potential to be one of ...

If Barnard wins the Challenger tour and qualifies for the worlds by the main OOM does the WC place go to 2nd place?

Also if Barnard managed to get into the top 64 on the main OOM at the end of the season do 2nd and 3rd get tour cards?

Does anyone know what's happening Cadbys Visa? Been ages with no update. If he was going to get a visa surely it would be sorted by now, do we think it's been rejected and that's the last we will see of him in the UK?

Assuming his visa gets rejected (it seems to be taking a while to get a yes or no) what's his options? Does that mean we will only see him once a year at the world's if he can qualify.

Noticed Rob Modra in the results. I take its the same guy that was top of the DPA rankings a few years ago? Is he now based in America? Didn't he also play on the challenger tour for a bit?

What's happening with Cadby? Has he / Will he get a visa any time soon? Noticed he didn't play the last lot of DPA events (well couldn't see him on there) and he is not registered for the next lot of pro tour events.
