Re: 2020 PDC European Tour
Kurz looking good. I think Max Hopp talked about him being good as a junior, but didn't try his luck like Hopp.

Re: Barney's back
He won't get a card as long as Oche eats crayons. Early placeholder for Any Luck... Would be great if he got back in the PL also just to annoy certain posters here  I think after his retirement trick Matchroom won't be a hurry to pick him. There are some other decent players like van Duivenbo...

Re: 2020 PDC European Tour
Played superb for a debut on the ET, 164 and 123 on the bull and should be a cracker vs Duzza! Nice that he got to use his walk on tune too! As an aside, are fans allowed in for this? I knows there’s social distancing in place but this is ridiculous ! Yes their are as unlike Britain Germany actuall...

Re: 2020 PDC European Tour
Aside from an awful opening leg Waites was pretty awesome in that match 4 12 darters and some high check outs. Him v Duzza should be a good watch. Re: 2020 PDC European Tour
Still don't understand the need for "associate" qualifier - just do it based on geography? Until this year it was an opportunity for European non-pros outside the host nation (usually Germany) to qualify for the European Tour events. This year they took away the ability for Challenge Tour...

Re: Barney to go to Q school
The legends instead of the contenders in the Premier League is interesting and would get publicity but outside of Taylor and Barney who else is there seriously out there who would be genuinely competitive and that's assuming those two would be competitive in the first place. Darts is an easy game t...

To be clear: the event is listed on Dart Connect, but it has no player information on it.phil davies wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 11:57 am German qualifier for 4 spots and the associate qualifier for 2 are taking place today though their is zero about them on the PDC website or on darts connect thus far.

Re: World Series of Darts 2020
Thats totally different to what you originally claimed, but OK. Well no not really bar the 4 semi finals of his 'career' in 98-2000 when was he ever a serious challenger ? He was then just a perennial 1st of 2nd round loser that's hardly a career of a top level darts player PDC and lets not forget ...

https://twitter.com/nikkiboy180/status/1307785057139134466 Sluuurrrrpppp! Well it doesn't, there are PDC players earning 6 figures who were not as good as Mason was, such is the increase in prize money and tournaments compared with the 2000's. Or look at at another way, the disparity between the da...

Re: PDC Home tour 2 (31st August- 15th October)
Am I the only one that thinks it’s a joke that Asp got a GSOD place for winning the home tour? Though he would have qualified likely anyway via a different route. On a different note O’Connor seems to have regressed badly this year. Probably, you are. There are very few tournaments this year. I thi...

Re: World Series of Darts 2020
How long into their PDC careers did MVG, Wright and Price take to win a major? MVG Year 6. 2012 Wright Year 10. 2017 Price Year 5. 2018 Interesting. Very interesting. And Durrant is repeatedly called a bottler for not winning one before completing his second year. No, he's called a bottler for his ...

Re: World Series of Darts 2020
You have to make Duzza favourite for the top half now which would get him in the slam. And with both him and Cross not yet in the slam makes the event more interesting to watch tomorrow. "[W]hich would get him in the slam" is a very strong reason not to make him favorite for the top half....

Re: World Series of Darts 2020
Just taking a look at the all time PDC major list. Interesting to see Wright and Cross could level Jackpot with 4 with a win here. It’s crazy to think that despite his early success RvB only won 6. Taylor really did destroy his mindset it seems. Does this actually count as a major? Ridiculous, if s...
