Re: Tommy Cox lays into Adams on Twitter

Personally, TC comes across as a bitter and twisted person in his tweets That part I agree with, I always think tweets should always be slightly tongue in cheek but his seem to be attacking, even those non darts related. I agree with this. Whilst I understand the comparisions between Tommy Thompson...

Re: Dutch Darts Masters Draw & Schedule

Barney's just too proud to have to qualify for something So you havent a clue then. I'm sure I read he is entered into the ET1 qualifier tomorrow. Please, Master of Links, give me a reference to something I apparently have happened to overlook. You have my eternal gratitude well in advance! I have ...

Re: Lakeside-Day 7 Discussion Thread

Have to say, I found Douglas deeply irritating tonight. Now, he can't help the fact that he isn't photogenic, but the smug expressions across his visage when Wilson let Norris in were rather annoying.

Hey, JC. I notice your favourite "podgey, crooked-toothed jobber" is cheering his mate on here. Easily the most exciting match he's been involved in at Lakeside! ;)

Re: Lakeside Championship - Averages

Watching these fellows play darts is a bit like watching Tommy Cooper performing magic tricks. Comedically catastrophic, with a very, very rare bit of real magic thrown in to keep the spectators on their toes. Is it just me but I can't take anything you say seriously with your image. How dare you i...

Re: Lakeside day 4 - discussion.

On paper, this actually looks like it could be a good day of darts. O'Shea and Adams could be a very close game, and should be played to a decent standard. I don't expect much of the second match. Bunting should bumrape Widmayer, and may actually produce some good darts in doing so. As for the eveni...

Why?! It's been online all evening...
Online isn't good enough.
Quite right, especially when the quality of the feed is shite.

On another note, Rick Hofstra played well there. I think he could sodomise Atkins in the next round.

Lol being slightly harsh. She's the most attractive out of the two of them on the stage anyway...
That's a bit of a backhanded compliment. I'd give her one anyway, Fallon that is, not the other one.

Fallon Sherrock is a lot easier on the eyes than the players we have already seen this evening. She is better at darts as well.

And how many times has he played well during those appearances? Honestly, even the leisure centre specialists of the PDC have all had at least a couple of good games on the telly! :omg:

Whilst I'm sure Glory Glory is a fine player on the floor, he's always terrible to watch on the telly. Has he ever had a single decent performance at Lakeside?

Re: Lakeside Day 1 - Discussion

Martin Atkins is a decent enough scorer, but his doubling makes Dave Chisnall look like Phil Taylor. He's fortunate that de Graaf is playing like a turd with dartitis.

Re: No Wade WTF

I don't like Wade, in fact I can't stand him, but I am shocked that he has been left out in favour of Wes Newton. Okay, he's dropped a few spots in the rankings, but, outside of Taylor, van Gerwen and Lewis, I would have thought that he has been the most consistent player on the telly in terms of re...

Yes, I see what you mean. It's just a tad annoying when, having spent the evening singing about tables, football players and Michael van Gerwen, they decide to disrupt the most important part of the match.

Re: Ladbrokes World Championship Day 13 - Discussion

Anderson will never win another big one, arse falls out far too many times. Should have won 4-0 but at 3-1 was in total control still but can't buy a treble in the big deciding legs, happens as regular as clockwork. Fair play to MVG as played well from 3-1 down but was gifted the match IMO. Strange...

Yep, I though that was overly modest as well. If anyone's "doing a Shepherd" this year, it's James Wade!
