Dear BDO.

The criteria for Lakeside in 2011, which is still on your website, stated that only the top 20 names will be taken from the Lakeside Table once the once the exemptions are taken into account.

Why, in this case, were 22 names then taken from the Table, meaning less places for Qualifiers?
