Re: Unicorn
When Rout gets his calipers out, it means one of two things. Either a disappointed tinder date who feels that some of the pics he sent gave a misleading impression, or he's trying to spark a toyboards debate.

Doesn't this just sum up the Des Jacklin era for the BDO? He can't even manage to resign properly.

Nobody showing any respect for the strenuous efforts Des made. He often worked 80 hours a day to try and keep the BDO afloat, yet not an ounce of respect on show. Sad.

Re: Ladbrokes 2020 UK Open 6-8 March Somerset
Do you know him? Met him at a fair number of times in local open tournaments. He’s a pretty quite person. Anyway great opening session so far. Cmon Cross! Ah so no, then. Cant stand the guy. Bad for the game when he wins tournaments imo. Would you prefer robots? Screaming and not moving on the oche...

Re: Who is the best player in the world?
102.3 average is Wrights "c" game apparently. And now the Rob Cross B/C game getting it done against Bunting. It's really not your weekend is it little buddy? I don't wish to sound rude, but that is one of the least interesting posts I've ever read anywhere. Go to the UK Open thread, ther...

Re: Ladbrokes 2020 UK Open 6-8 March Somerset
Cross could be the dark horse to win this. Would not be a disaster for me, as have Cross at 25/1 to win, albeit by mistake. Don't use online betting, so as per normal jumped my back fence to put on our family bets for the UK Open. My partner always bets Price, so put that on for her at 13/2. My dau...

Re: Ladbrokes 2020 UK Open 6-8 March Somerset
Gurney shares certain qualities with big Jimmy Wade. He can be utterly indsipid on TV for months on end, only to pop up and win a major, or at least challenge strongly for one.

Re: Who is the best player in the world?
I think with the fact that Peter Wright's C game got the job done on Duzza yet again, it's fairly obvious that GD doesn't belong in the discussion.
It is amusing that Ian spent years calling the PL a meaningless exbo, yet now Durrant is top, it suddenly matters.
