Re: Sky signs a new 7-year deal with the PDC

Congratulations to those of you that can watch it live on TV over there. I notice that BBC America will be broadcasting it as part of the new deal. Nothing on BBC Canada, I guess. Once again, we get screwed in Canada. But not to worry - we'll let you know how it goes in about seven months time when ...

Re: Q School Entry List. 2018

The sad reality for the BDO is in years past any player like Chizzy , Gary Anderson etc that switched was to the benefit of the PDC . That is no longer the case anymore, there is realistically no one in the bdo that would make a significant impact on the PDC, but its now more about how much damage ...

Re: RE: Re: MVG joins the JDC board of directors

If you had a young kid getting into darts (watching and playing) JDC would be a must I would think. Junior traitors. Rob Longley on BDO Fanatics is fuming that they don't want to go to Bunn Leisure Park and win holiday vouchers for their parents, he thinks they should all be rounded up and shot. Th...

Re: Good enough?

Welcome aboard.

I was the same way when I started playing but as you've read, playing more will help you because you can see what you have to work on. Joining a team will help you as well. Those numbers are quite good and would hold up in most local leagues, certainly in this part of the world.

No. Just no. You dare not talk down North America's greatest like that. Any more of that nonsense and I will apologize you to death.

Re: 2018 PDC World Championship- Alexandra Palace, London-14th December 2017- 1st January 2018

Why would cooperation between the WDF and the PDC require Hearn to relinquish control? The ITF is nominally in charge of tennis worldwide, but has next to no input into the actual running of the two professional organizations. All it would be about is standardizing the rules of darts (not that ther...

Re: 2018 PDC World Championship- Alexandra Palace, London-14th December 2017- 1st January 2018

Can someone please ask the NFDC at what point they knew their rankings were being used for the pdc worlds. Suspension from the WDF if they did know! The WDF would do nothing to the NDFC. If the WDF even hinted at something, Bill Hatter may as well cut his balls off because the NDFC would simply tel...

Sure, it's shown on TV here. We just get it six months after the fact. Rogers Sportsnet has the contract for Canada after taking it from TSN.

Re: The Home Nations "Lets Stick 2 Fingers Up To The WDF Because We Didnt Fundraise" Unsanctioned Rival Event in Glenrot

Honestly, this is a shame. I don't know what sort of reaction this will get but if I'm the organizers in Japan, I lodge a protest with the WDF. This tournament is taking away from their show and the attention that goes with it. This needs to be an agenda item at the next WDF meeting and Bill Hatter ...

Re: World Cup Japan

It's always going to be in a country that don't suit some other countries. It's a world cup. It's not like all the countries that will be in Japan are gonna live round the corner. Some financed their set up correctly to be able to attend and some didn't. It's that simple. Don't think you will find ...
