Thought you could play youth tour up to 22 so with the finals being played the year after you could be 23 come the finals. Wasn't van gerwin 23 when Hubbard beat him in the youth final?

It goes off last years table so I think this might be his last year but not 100% sure?

The reason why I ask is I thought he gave it up last year and he hasn't entered q school was expecting a big year from Devon this year. Plus he did well at the worlds (earned a few quid too) though I heard him say he was gonna be back on the tour this year.

If a player gets a tour card can they play challenger tour?

I think if he can qualify for lakeside I reckon he'll have a chance because he's always performed better on the stage. The main problems I see for him is he'll have less time to qualify directly off the bdo rolling table this year and cant see him winning any big opens.

If Hankey did manage to win the lakeside it would do more damage than good because everybody would point out he couldn't compete in the pdc week in week out and he's bdo champ. Then again most casual fans might not have realised he'd joined the pdc has he only qualified for the uk open.

With Ted having a nightmare couple of years in the pdc is he still good enough to comeback and add to his 2 lakeside world titles? :d
