Any luck? If I ever decide to bet on the games, I'll make sure to choose the opponent of whoever you reckon will win.phil davies wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 11:43 pmMvG v Wright

Re: TT Is upset.
For a so-called darts 'family' it's one hell of a dysfunctional one!
I wonder what next weeks' catfight will be about?

It's like watching a car crash in slow-motion. The BDOL money that was given or loaned to BDOE, how and when was it moved in the first place?

If the BDO was a lame horse, it would've been put down by now.

Re: BDO Delegates Meeting, 19/04/2020
If I was involved in county or superleague, I'd be telling both the BDO and TN to sling their hooks. A fresh start is probably for the best.
I'm not involved though but it looks like the current situation is going to run for a while.

Re: BDO Delegates Meeting, 19/04/2020
Yup, there's a third - UK amateur darts. In any case all three are only interested in superleague and county. For the average pub darter it means bugger all who's in charge. Some may baulk at the superleague fee going up from £1 to £10 to pay for it all, I assume many counties will pass the £9 incr...

Re: BDO Delegates Meeting, 19/04/2020
I had a quick read of it, seems well presented enough. They mention about 'grassroot darts' but all three (BDO,TN, UKAD) focus solely on the minority of the grass roots movement - superleague and county. With all the squabbling it's causing on the likes of the real fanatics it seems it boils down to...

For the average player down the local, it will mean bugger all as it seems regardless of who it is - BDO, tri-nations or UKAD, they all focus on superleague and county.

Re: Des Jacklin resigns
I can't be bothered to read all that resignation blurb. Would I be correct in saying it boils down to something along the lines of: "Me, me, me, me, it would have been so much worse if I didn't give it a go." "It's everyone elses fault apart from mine." Are you sure you haven't ...
