Hmmm... I can't see, that Frank B. was the initiator of all that, for this season, as he only in august 2019 stated, that "the terms under which events for this periode were booked will be honoured in full" and that he sees "no change in categories and prize funds", when he was asked if there will be major changes for BDO-ranked tournaments in the 2019/20 periode, because the organizers of tournaments must know, if they can afford to do, what they plan.

Anyways, I also know, that numerous countries of continental europe seriously consider to dump the BDO-Points totaly and back the WDF fully.

It's difficult.. There's been a lot of BDO points already won and more to come and these are vastly different to the WDF points... Once the new WDF season starts do they start a table from scratch and ignore all the BDO points so far allocated ?
Players do need to know what is happening going forward and need to know now
