ERIC BRISTOW - Exclusive interview with The Stars Of Darts

Post by Admin »

Right then boys and girls we have yet another exclusive for you, unless you have been on Mars you will know that The Crafty Cockney - Eric Bristow is going into the jungle with Ant and Dec on ITV's I'm a celebrity get me out of here. Eric is the first darts player to go on this and we all hope he does well and wins yet another title!

Image

Before he goes in he has agreed to answer any questions we have for him, now for contractual reasons he cannot answer any questions about the jungle nor his fellow competitors but will answer any questions about his darting career and virtually anything else. Don't panic though as you will not be missing out on any jungle gossip as Eric has promised to do another exclusive interview with The Stars Of Darts when he eventually emerges from the Australian Jungle so you can ask him all about Kangaroo balls then. Oh and it goes without saying - come on the crafty cockney!!!!!

Now all you have to do is ask your question below, we cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered but we will certainly try

What was it you saw in Phil that convinced you he was worth sponsoring and mentoring all those years ago?

Eric - The jacket I have seen you photographed in with the Harrows patch on it - is that the only jacket you possess?

When you were playing in your hay day you seemed to have the same effect on players as Phil had at his peek.
Would you say that was to do with your high scoring and finishing or your persona on the oche and did you train Phil in how to take that over (the scoring or the attitude)?

Hi Eric,

What is the best darting atmosphere you ever played in, and can you remember who you played etc?

Cheers

Lord Eric - How good a player are you now after your dartitis problems in comparison to what you were beforehand ? Just started playing again myself after seven years with the same problem.

Hi Eric

Once Phil Taylor retires, do you think anyone will dominate the game like he has done, and if so, who?

Who do you see as the players most likely to take over at the top when Phil (eventually) retires? Any from the current crop of pro players or any of the current youth players?

Hi Eric,

What is your opinion on the PDC crowds? Some say it' just as rowdy as in the 80's: is that true? Have the PDC got the right balance with the atmopshere or do you agree with those who think it's gone too far with the booing etc?

Eric,

Two friends keep a record of their scores at ten-pin bowling.

a) These are John's scores for 6 games:

130, 104, 155, 160, 135, 108

i) Work out the mean of John's scores.
ii) Work out the range of John's scores.

a) John's friend Steve has a mean of 140 and a range of 40. Who is the better player?
