Really think Chizzy will destroy the competition in this tournament! Are the pundits the same as usual for ITV?

Yep I the think the most Scottish of Scotsman has a good chance. I like his manner too he seems very laid back.

Thursday July 4
8pm-12pm Local Time (7pm-11pm UK Time)

First Round x8
Stuart Kellett v Ronny Huybrechts
Jamie Caven v Dave Chisnall
Colin Lloyd v Peter Wright
Robert Thornton v Brendan Dolan
Simon Whitlock v Kim Huybrechts
Phil Taylor v Vincent van der Voort
Raymond van Barneveld v Tomas Seyler
James Wade v Mark Webster

Big fan of Whitlock but it seems he is going out early in events (might just be my perception?) but hope the crowd lift him tonight.

Caven in a bit of form, so a test for chizzy .

But looking forward to the last match (more than the others). I expect Webster to take out Wade. In sport you sometimes get lucky (as Webster has here in a sense) but you then have to capitalise on it. How well does wade travel?

Gonna be there at least tonight, 7 mins by tram to the venue :)

Also hope Wright wins it :)
Chances that Whitlock defends his title are exactly zero regarding his current form...

Do you think you could use your sponsor votes before you go?

the ITV coverage only starts at 8pm. I'll have my laptop ready to go at 7 when the official stream starts.

And rightly so, the Tour de France is a much bigger and more important global event.

Well it's certainly bigger when it comes to drug taking and cheating that is for sure.

It is on for weeks, surely a bit of live darts for a couple of days is better :).
