because the Denmark "open" like the rest is not open , and the so called top players do not like to play each other untill they get into the points ;) hope this answers your question

We are sorry to inform you that the draw has ben temporarily suspended due to new rules for seeding from BDO. We expect the new draw to be online on this site Thursday at noon! We apologize for the mistake!

New rules for seeding? They have been around for a year or so haven't they? Or was that just for Cat A events? Surely they aren't extending it to them all!?!?

Looks like they are extending it to Cat B.

Denmark's a Cat C though, isn't it?

Edit: Or not. Why do I still bother to trust the tournament appendix of the official rules document...

^^ upgraded to Cat B.

Would seem Zeyes due to certain rules. "Rules", section J in Invitational Table and section F, stating seeding this has now taken effect.

Have you seen the size of this can of worms. Have all events followed these rules.

Hmm, so does that mean the Denmark Open and Masters won't count for the Baltic/Scandinavian regional table, just for the main ranking?

Tony spot on as usual now they just need to put some actual rules in in ladies section lol.
Another good effort by the bag carriers ;)

Nope, a rolling 12 month BDO points list.

And I heard this first hand at the German Open from WW when the question was asked to the organisers about there seeding as they used 3 different tables to seed it.

It opens up a bigger debate as to why all the other events that have been going on this season have not seeded as they should have, Isle Of Man (Cat A) is the biggest offender of this.

The joy of having a draw up in advance , mightily impressed by BDO and Denmark sorted out very quickly, and I've heard we are going to get sone rules for the ladies Inv table :DDDD:
Fantastic to see little munchkin Casey Gallagher seeded at no8 , good news for other seeds as well ! can't play her to last 8 .great effort for a player not yet 18 .
