A reliable source informs me that Burnett is going to get a 2 year Ban

He would get that in virtually every sport ...and we still don't know all the facts or any previous incidents.

If he did the drug he is rumoured to have done, I suspect he would've got the same ban by WADA in any sport.

If he get's 2 years in time at the meeting that will in effect be 3 PDC seasons as he would be without a Tour card and unable to try for one until the Jan after any ban ended.

Hopefully for his good it will be 2 years from when the alleged indiscretion occurred.

Not a fan of Burnett but on the plus side if we won't be seeing him for a few years on the TV it will enable me to hate the World Pedigree Chumpion Mitchell a bit more.

So let's get this right, you can cheat on your wife, beat your wife, Thump the board, swear on live TV, grope a walk on girl, get done for dangerous driving, send pictures of your bits to underage girls, punch an opponent and be interviewed whilst absolutely blotto and receive no ban or disciplinary action, what the feck was Richie taking?
