In all fairness he probably shouldn't have said "stitched" in case any DRA spies are on here.
It's ok for you Ginge, you just get a bit of gossip to keep you happy for 10 minutes, if he says something on here he can end up with bigger fines or longer bans.
It's not worth it just to keep tittle tattles happy.
I actually agree with you.

Yeah I used to post results on darts corners forum whilst at the venue for about a year before one day they told us to all put our phones away. Year or so later it became an official rule

The apparent reason is because you can bet on it now and the bookies site don’t update quick enough

Their problem then, if they offer odds on the games.
Bookies aren't stupid, any large bets or gamblers winning on a regular basis would have their bets restricted and ring alarm bells.

Oh I agree, I’d say it’s more to do with they don’t want people posting live videos or pics of everyone drinking or doing a winstanley

The Darts Regulation Authority have announced the appointment of Jake Marsh as a Director.

A DRA Statement, issued on October 17 2017, read:
The DRA are very pleased to announce the appointment of Jake Marsh as a Director.

Jake has extensive experience in player education, sports investigations into anti-doping and match-fixing for betting purposes.

He has worked with various Sport Governing Bodies and is currently the Head of Integrity for an international sports media and content organisation.

He is a welcome addition to the DRA Board and he will become a member of the DRA Disciplinary Committee. His experience in sport integrity will be of great value to the DRA.

About Jake Marsh
Jake Marsh has been working in investigations and risk management for many years having started his career working for the private investigations firm of Lord Stevens, the former Metropolitan Police Commissioner.

This has seen him investigate and advise clients on fraud and corruption issues across a wide-range of sectors including finance, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and sport.

He has been a lead investigator in numerous sport industry cases covering football player transfers and club ownership, doping, and match-fixing.

In the last few years he has specialised exclusively in certain areas of sport governance, namely betting and match-fixing.

This sees him working on a daily basis with governing bodies and rights holders to protect their competitions from betting fraud and match manipulation through education, intelligence, and investigation.

Jake has an MA from King’s College London and the Advanced Certificate in Sport Governance from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

That was the reason for not using a phone in the playing room, it was banned at the venue completely after the Winstanley video.
