I'm the 'note sure' vote. Didn't watch all of it (got in at 9.50pm) so zoomed through the action and only really watched Wade beat MVG and RvB beat taylor: and enjoyed both results. So didn't pick up on how bad the other games actually were.

But if it's ok to mock averages in the BDO then the same principle should apply with the PDC?

I enjoyed three of the games. Therefore I don't think it is right to force your opinion.

The vote speaks for itself. Almost three quarters think it was the worst night ever

For those who DONT think that, please provide an example of a worse PL night.

thornton was shit,
smith was shit

but as a wade fan I am probably biased so I enjoyed last night
Barney, chizzy, lewis etc all played well

you are of course entitled to think it was shit, but trying to convince me that my own opinion of what I like and dont like is wrong wont work.

It was a sellout i was there, the arena didn't properly fill up till later in the evening though.

There was also a couple of arrests after the event had finished, a few piss heads fighting i saw them getting dragged into police vans.

When Pike and Clarke both made comments about the arena being full now, the camera immediately panned round and there were literally hundreds of empty seats.

I have no doubts it was a sell out though.

So six people have now said it wasnt the worst night ever, yet no suggestions have come forward for nights that could have been deemed even worse...

Well we know Chizzyfan was one of the votes, but his opinion on matters is hardly impartial :D
