I mentioned elsewhere that a start time of 5.30 is ridiculously early, especially on a working day. With only 3 matches on some days, it could all be over at 8.30 and back to the hotel for cocoa.

The thing is Bradders the board sections aren't as big as Eclipse ones so the matches will take longer.

It has been scientifically proven that bbc viewers are more likely to locate the red button on their remotes on a bank hoiday monday in january than at any other time... hence the change :D

But shouldn't the Lakeside matches be quicker because of the impeccible crowd order of no one shouting out and whistling to put the players off whilst going for the doubles. 8-)

Don't see the problem with a 5.30 kick off.

Go watch some darts, have a few beers and then go on somewhere afterwards.

Out in the sticks of Surrey!? Where you going to go, Farnham? Everyone's in bed at 9.30. Oh, maybe thats why they've changed it.

Unlike the Sky coverage we will have more time to see some decent interviews with the players, I love this bit, gives you an incite to the players background and such.

Roll on the Masters...we are soo excited!...........oops where's the tissue?

They just need to stop repeating the matches the following afternoon... Gets me every year, as I settle to watch and realise I have seen it all before even though the analysis and studio time is live.
