If you mean the Norris 98 , it was definitely 98 scored.

OK, first angle it looked in but the second angle it didn't, though it flashed up for maybe a second.

Aren't they counting some towards players WC titles and ignoring others?

Yeah if you win a PDC Version the bdo one becomes a world title
