Yes, which is why London Darts (?) had to get the EDO involved on this one, I think Paul explained it earlier in the thread.
Ok, so has anyone challenged the other event? Only see a Turkish organisation as members of the WDF
Good point, this "Anatolians (sp?) Darts Association" that are supporting the Turkish Open arent a WDF member.

This is what Paul said earlier in the thread:
WCDPA wrote: Discussions got round to ranking points which the sponsor was delighted about, as the event being held in England and to comply with BDO rules EDO had to put an application in .
.
So one assumes the Turkish Open had its application put in by the actual Turkish Darts Association (http://www.tbbdf.gov.tr/), but its the Anatolians Darts Association who are also running it?

The Bo Selecta fun In The Sun event should have its points removed with immediate effect.

Well actually, no.
The person who has stolen others' work and attempted to pass it off as their own has infringed the copyright and broken copyright law and as these images are hosted offline I have merely posted a link to demonstrate where and how the theft of copyright has taken place. :)
By reproducing copyright material. Might be just me, but I don't see any links.

Like I said, a lolfest.

The BDO are also a partner in this event and I think rule 9:05 states the BDO can put on an event anywhere in the world.

one person on here and a friend of the mods SELLS copyright material for profit which is expressly forbidden...and ILLEGAL

another creates his own work using images in "artistic expression" for non profit which is LEGAL.
Let the bdo sue me if they think they have a case, they love to threaten it, but lets see them back it up

I answered that some two hours thirty seven minutes ago, it matters not if you sell them or make money - THEFT IS THEFT

Please take time and get an adult to explain the literature I've posted above.

He licks the arse and dances to the tune of a guy who thinks its acceptable to forge someones signature in order to steal their property. Don't expect miracles in this department from the guy.

where have I sold these "stolen images" then ?
where have I said the logos I supposedly stole were mine ?

oh and using copyright images for artistic impression does not qualify as theft.

I have only ever passed off my own creations as my own, dwarfchild

and yes , he is still a mod
Let me help you out here as you seem to be struggling. At no point in the post above does he suggest you stole anything for profit.

where have I claimed any logo belonging to someone else as my own ?
I dont , you are a liar, and bullshitting as usual, prove me wrong

Where have I sold copyright material for profit like basgooner
again, back up your lies with any proof
Here you go, just a couple as there are hundreds:

Did the bdo give you permission to use their trademarked logo here?

Image

Did lucasfilm give you permission to use their copyrighted image here?

Image

Did the BBC give you permission to use their copyrighted image here?

Image

I could post hundreds, all images belong to and are copyrighted by others and all have been used by you and passed off as your own work, you claimed the work as yours the moment you placed your logo or name on it.
Just answer these few questions and post the written consent you have to use others' property, simple.

I have every right to use the logos in my own interpretation under artistic impression.
The bdo can sue me, in fact I dare them to.

Your implication that what i do was on a par with basgooner which is not true.

Basgooner is taking copyright material, not even altering it or using it for creative or artistic impression, simply taking others work and selling AS IS FOR PROFIT.
What he is doing is illegal, yet you seem to defend that and have an issue with what i do for non profit which is covered under artistic impression. As said if the bdo dont like it let them sue me.I know I am right
