I imagine the terms will be changing, surely they have to, the PDC are not very likely to give the BDO 8 spots and then watch them not put the current Lakeside champion in because he doesnt play that side of darts anymore.

I would rather any players from the BDO tbh, than Murnan or whoever from a qualifier.
Keeps me interested whilst they are in it. When they are eliminated, which has been fairly early on in recent years, it becomes just another matchplay borefest between broadly the same players.
