I know a lot of folk are bored with this poster. And I know some can't stand the comparison, especially when made by JC.

but that's quite a contrast isn't it.
Yes but why in the world would you post such a post in a thread so regukar for the BDO darts. Except for trolling?
I watch all Darts, PDC , BDO, SDC, USA stuff on stream, etc
My issue with the bdo is the laughable claims that this sub standard comp is a "world pro" which it is quite clearly not.
If this mediocre stuff was called simply lakeside and stopped trying to promote it as anything more then maybe it would not get as much mocking

But you dont like the truth and instead like others try deflect by making it about the poster than the point said poster is making.

Please explain then how posting those GENUINE STATS constitute trolling
Still waiting

Supposed dart fan wanting less darts on tv, there.

Pretty much settles that, Duzza saying hes not mentally or physically ready to do Qschool and will only go to the PDC if hes offered a tour card.

“The final challenge was to go to the PDC but I have to honour this trophy.

“I cannot disrespect this trophy and I hope I make the right decision over the next couple of days.

“I am not going to ‘Q School’. I am not mentally or physically ready to go. The problem would be is if the PDC offer me a tour card

I think my manager, I think people want me to go to the PDC and I think I want to go the PDC.

“But if I am stood on this stage again next year, then I have absolutely zero problem with that.

“But my emotions are so high right now. That is why I have a manager, it’s over to him right now.

“My plan now is to defend this trophy but I don’t think that is the route that my manager and team would want me to take.

“I am from Middlesbrough. You cannot get above your station. I have had nothing in my life.

“I am from a very rough council estate and I was brought up very well. I never had a penny in my name and darts has been very good to me in the past couple of years.”

I would of thought Glen's manager has already filled out the q-school form and is hovering over the submit button. They will no doubt have a meeting later to finally decide. Glen's smart to try and force the PDC's hand and mention the tour card. I don't think Barry will budge though.

I still think Glen can switch and still honour the trophy. He can do all the exbo's to fulfil that side of it. And be announced as BDO world champion at more events/more televised events in the PDC

Great week.

Atmosphere when we were there on Weds was brilliant.

Lakey still the best darts venue by a mile.

Top class coverage, especially from C4.

Several classics and a deserved winner and new World Champion.

Nice guy from that interview. I know he is not having a pop at bunting but can someone explain how bunting disrespected and dishonoured the trophy.

I said on here months ago duzza won't switch and I still doubt he would even if offered a tour card.

He enjoys a good wind up on this matter.

Hearn has stated categorically that he wont be getting a tour card. So its q school or nothing for Duzza.

I know just responding to those talking about a potential offer and his interview.

Regardless I just don't think it's for him.

Mac Elkin wants him to go and Glenn made a vow to Mac last year that he would switch after this years Lakeside. I am sure Ifm will confirm this.

So its a testing time for Duzza. I would stay if I was him.

Personally I don't think he has come close to seriously doing it. Just my opinion but I know where his priorities are and switching for him is square pegs in round holes.

Re his managers position and durrant 's career this year: when is the next confirmed bdo televised event (uk)? Is it actually just lakeside next year at the moment?

The next 100% confirmed BDO darts on British television is on the 6th January. Although something will be on before then in the usual last minute scramble to tout it to anyone and everyone.
