This is actually a inavative move from bt, the line rental hasn't risen just a £3 extra for sports be interesting to see how the others react to this i.e. the dirty digger / talk talk etc :IIII:

Remember C4 signing Lakeside for 2 years did BT sign for 2 as well.

[quote="Ginge"]BT getting its money ready for the current round of CL bidding, then.[/quote

its well know in certain circles that bt can easily out fund the dirty digger, without this £3 token increase (that's all it is ) as I have pointed out previously the line rental charge has not increased which is a new tactic that none of the big 4 have previously done put a token charge for the sport but not increase line rental, :IIII:

I'm confused. Why do you keep calling Sky the "dirty digger"?

I see. Genuinely never heard of that one before. Maybe if people just use the proper name there would be no confusion...

Was there any truth in the story that there was a fight in the players bar?

If The Food And Drink are So Bad why have they got away with it for so long from a health aspect?

Interesting review of the Lakeside experience by Raymond Smith:

http://www.dartsaustralia.com/2017/01/3 ... xperience/

Seems like he really enjoyed it, but the fact that it is so different to anything else some of these players experience must have an effect on their performance. Seems that he suffered from the thieving as well. Not sure I understand what he's saying about the hotel costs?

"Getting to and from Lakeside from Heathrow Airport is expensive. I recommend contacting the Lakeside Hotel ahead of time and booking their taxi service. It’s £42 – £46 one way, but cheaper than any other option you will find anywhere in the UK."

Erm, surely the train is cheaper than that?!

As for the hotel, he just wasnt budgeting for it being that expensive is my reading of it.

Apparently you ban people who troll about the PDC. Come on Madsocks, join up and tell us who you are referring to!
