Disagree - thought the games were all good to watch and enjoyable.

Always great to see new players from all over the world which Winmau World Masters is unique for and they all impressed.

Duzza looked strong from round one but only when he came back to win a cracker vs Harms did it seem there was only ever one winner - he never looked back after that.

Really feel for Deta but fair play to Trina. Hopefully Deta will win in January.

It seems that Rob Walker is involved in the coverage, given a Tweet he sent yesterday.

dont mind rob walker hes not everyones cup of tea but hes not as divisive as colin murray imo, commentators are the big question for me, id like channel 4 to get away from the usual suspects of john rawling/tony greene/jim proudfoot, & younger commentators given a crack of the whip on terrestrial telly like the bbc did with dan dawson in september

Rawling is the best darts commentator on any channel.

If they can get him and mix him up with some players then it will be enough.

Who have you got in mind exactly ???

By the way, Dan Dawson is the worst commentator IMHO.

Just play it in draw order, why be sensible and do it any differently?

They have to be sure that whatever games they decide at peak hours are proper standard or channel 4 will think they've bought another bake off lame duck

Has it even been decided which sessions Channel 4 and BT are having.

I cant imagine Channel 4 are picking up the evening sessions which mean we could have the ridiculousness of the BDO putting the best matches on in an afternoon when nobody is watching it.

Im sure the BBC used to harvest the better looking games with the "names" in them for the afternoon slots the last few years, leaving BT with the rest, wouldn't be surprised to see the same happen again

Yes - Channel 4 have what the BBC had the last few years: afternoons, first semi final, and final.

So be prepared for the better matches on paper to be in the afternoon played in a room that isnt even half full.
