I'm told though that you can't turn the board as the sensors don't pick that up, may be bullshit though so I'll see what Ed says
Do u have to use the special darts or does any set work on it?
According to the website you can use any steel tip darts with the board

Flicked it on last night and seen Caven had 2 in the T20 with the 3rd one bouncing off it and hanging somewhere near the 12. Ref gave the score of 132.

When was this? Just gone through the live scoring and Caven scored 132 only once in the match last night (second leg of third set) and it comprised of T20 T5 T19. Checked the footage of the match on YouTube and it matches this.

His opponent didn't score 132 at all at any point.

I'm just trying to see for myself on the footage on YouTube how bad it looked, that's all. When abouts in the match was it? He only scored 132 once in the whole match and it's as I described above.

So, the 132 in question:

Hard to tell from here if it was touching or not, to be honest.

Is the depths people are now plunging to get a dig in?

Clearly touching the board, what a non event.

Id say he is more laughing at where the dart ended up, tbh. Either way, hard to tell from those shots if its touching or not.
