Why would the BDO need to provide themselves with a web address?

I thought it would be Ian who came along with the ..'ah but it only says you need to provide a link to BDO by 14 days, not that the link itself will be made public 14 days before the event.'
I did not think you would stoop to those pedantic levels ..

They did recently say "it is not our usual policy to advertise what we do", so perhaps Rout's reading does reflect the intention of the rule...

Am I seriously reading that I am being called pedantic for questioning why it's being claimed that the bdo have broken their own rules by not informing themselves of the Web address of a stream?

Just on the tram on the way home from work. Some ticket inspectors got on. Got asked for my ticket, after showing him I asked the guy whether he had a valid ticket and he said he didn't have one and didn't need one.

It clearly says no persons can board without a ticket for travel. Rest assured I'll be contacting the authorities about this blatant rule breach
