The Rankings have been updated after the Scottish Open (Bold= Already Qualified for Lakeside 2018)

Still a long way to go but Noppert is slipping out of the top 20. after a poor Dutch and Scottish Open. Cameron Menzies is only in 52nd position

I think if this event happens after his run to final last year Peter machin deserves a wild card maybe not Jeff smith this time even tho Jeff adds to the event

I see that Tommy Thompson has had a veiled dig at the BDO.
The EDO sadly cannot confirm the England play-off dates, as we are still awaiting confirmation from the BDO as to date and venue for the Grand Finals. As soon as we have this information we will instruct our member counties as to our internal arrangements. Watch this space!!!

mceeney lookin like a good front runner. but winnin on tour is differant from winning at lkaey. anderson used to dominate the tour but could not win on the lakey stage. mitchell and duzza know how to do it. there favourites for lakey if you ask me at the end of day.
