It isnt. They had a meeting where Wayne didn't turn up (by choice as he thinks the whole thing is pathetic) and two of those issuing judgement have not been named.

Can folks on a disciplinary meeting actually say they want to remain anonymous? What if Wayne Had Decided To Attend? Would he have been forbidden to say who had made this decision?
It's an absolute shambles.
Weeks later the findings come out, not 7 days as it states in their own rules.
Wouldn't have expected anything less from this bunch of muppets.
