You can only watch football teams you support? Interesting theory.
As you know Ginge, I don't get involved in all the bullshit about baiting and fishing, but I really have no clue as to what team he supports.

What's that terminology you posters who troll the forum constantly use? Something about the noise the wind makes. ;-)

That missed tops from Thornton is so hugely indicative of how one dart in a set play match can totally turn the tide and momentum of a game.

Had Robert hit it, he would now be 3-1 up. However having missed it Mensur steps up to hit the D18 and level the match at 2-2.

Good contest this.

I know it is all ifs and buts, but if Thornton had hit tops to win the 5th set and hit that 16 with 3 darts in his hand he would be through to the last 16.

Such a fine line between success and failure in these set play tournaments.

What a 121 checkout from Mensur to win that match. :DDDD:

Thought Robert played really well, and but for a couple of missed doubles at crucial points in the match, we would have had our first Scotsman through to the last 16.

Mensur produced his first 12-darter of the tournament with impeccable timing - a 121 finish to win the match with Thornton waiting on 25, poised to force a deciding set.
