If you consider Lakeside a major, that is.
How can you be in every major final if you haven't been in the Lakeside and Winmau finals?
It was phrased incorrectly, it should read PDC finals.

Great week of darts ahead. The best week on the darts calendar IMO.

Been in Blackpool today. Pub had a poster advertising that the darts on sky can be watched there.

Mvg 's picture used. He certainly is the new star now.

Have they put a laminated A4 poster up in Kirkham Working Mens Club to try and shift a few tickets?

an official sky one in pub near the winter gardens. Point being the casual tv fan is being encouraged to watch in that pub with Mvg's image, not Phil Taylors'.

Reckon the TV trucks will be parking up at the side of the venue tomorrow. They do look impressive. (When the wdt was at the Blackpool Tower I think there was one small van outside).

Anyway :looking forward to this event. Who cares if Mvg is the red hot favourite. Great 9 days of darts.

2nd best for me. But looking forward to being there Sunday afternoon. Love the atmosphere. Might check out tickets for Monday or Tuesday night.

There would be BDO posters up too but they got ordered to take them all down. I read it on a forum.

Difficult. It's not his favourite Tournament and lately he has been disappointing by my standards....

Let's just hope that the magic will be back for Blackpool....

In fairness Beppe he did average over 100 at Vegas.

Still think there is plenty more to come as he gets more accustomed to using these new darts. Looked to me like they are going into the board at a different angle from his tried and tested ones.

With the amount of travel that some of the top players have had in recent weeks will it have a negative effect on performance?

Will have had a good week back here to recover and practice, cant imagine it will have any impact at all. Doubt they were flying economy class to these places.

Think this is a perfectly valid point. Those players who went to both Shanghai and Vegas, going through multiple time zone changes in such a short period of time may not be at their best. I guess if that is the case, the question is, can their 1st round opponents play well enough to take advantage.

The second best trophy to win in darts, after the Sid Waddell trophy.
Isn't she a beauty.
