What is it with you and Wade?Garry Murphy wrote:adrian lewis defending a semi final spot in the matchplay and presently inline to meet MVG in the second round of the matchplay so he could take another hit.
Wade only defedning a first round defeat so should move up as chizzy is defending a QF
Smith defending a second round as is White

Jeffrey de Zwaan's win means he jumps up to #50. Terry Jenkins drops out of the Top 50 of the Order of Merit for the first time ever. That leaves James Wade, Raymond van Barneveld, Adrian Lewis, and Steve Beaton as the only 4 players to have never been outside the top 50.
The current OoM has only been around 10 years or so (start of 2007?), replacing the points system. So I assume the 4 named players were in the first ever list produced and have stayed there since.DavidOwen67 wrote:ssjsa wrote:Burton DeWitt

Never to be have been outside the top 50, since joining the PDC and getting into the top 50, surely?
Got a point, son. Got a point.Ginge wrote:The current OoM has only been around 10 years or so (start of 2007?), replacing the points system. So I assume the 4 named players were in the first ever list produced and have stayed there since.DavidOwen67 wrote:ssjsa wrote:Burton DeWitt

I wonder who'll get the Premier League seats if it really finishes the year like this....ssjsa wrote:Courtesy of Burton.
Here's what the post-Ally Pally Order of Merit looks like. Probably needing a bit over £50,000 to retain your Tour Card. Gerwyn Price provisionally will end the season in the Top 10.
If it finished like this, I would go for the Top 10.Dreamboy501 wrote:I wonder who'll get the Premier League seats if it really finishes the year like this....ssjsa wrote:Courtesy of Burton.

Good morning. Barney will always get a place over White. And expect Lewis and Wade to be back too.ssjsa wrote:If it finished like this, I would go for the Top 10.Dreamboy501 wrote:I wonder who'll get the Premier League seats if it really finishes the year like this....ssjsa wrote:Courtesy of Burton.

Have always supported Barney getting a place, but he has been very poor so far this year, and unless he can get his act together over the business end of the season, his commercial value for me will not outweigh what he will offer as a competitive player.
