EDO have an event in September I think?

And you should have said "What will be up for the FR treatment next" as I think this will probably have no impact at all in the thinking of EDO. One person all weekend can watch it and they can still brag that it was on the telly.

An SD channel on these HD multiplexes only takes 1/5 to 1/6 of the space of an HD channel so I presume costs are pro-ratted.
With no takers for HD beyond BBC, C4 and QVC putting up a couple each this is why eventually they offered to SD channels and a few moved over to gave costs like Vintage TV and FR. Is short sighted as the channels get chucked off air in a couple of years.

It also helps when the parent company covering you is a self proclaimed specialist in buying and selling slots on sky and freeview.

Information tv knew what was going to happen from day one. Get front runner to pick up the slot, help with initial advertising and funds, wait a year for it to all go tits up and not have the money to cover the costs, take the slot back of them,sell it on to the next up and coming channel

Just back reading the forum following a miserable 3 sets of darts.

That comment was well out of order Ginge, and will catch up with the rest of the thread imminently.

Don't have the time to edit, move and change posts, so have deleted all the posts from BlueSpark's onwards.

It would appear that the recent requests from the Moderating team for our membership to self moderate their input has fallen on deaf ears in a lot of cases.

Unfortunate as it may be, we may need to revoke/censor some posting privileges of a minority for the good of the forum.
