If they fail to submit the logs in time for processing then we can’t produce the report for them which is the case for those 2 missing weeks for Front Runner. We have an amendment process which gives the broadcasters the chance to submit late logs which can then be processed again. This happens every 4-6 weeks."

So there we go then, FrontRunner/Information TV have deliberately not been sending the logs in on time for certain weeks, I wonder why this is?
