Utterly absurd.
Both prize funds published before the events have started so if you're not happy pull out.
I assume the title still means something to the people playing in it...

2nd biggest event on the calendar should have the 2nd biggest prize fund. Don't think it does, not for the women at least.

I agree prize find spilt should be 5000 2000 1000 500 250 for last 16

Tony wasn't moaning about Brit open or classic prizefund Nikkiboy !!
No ladies payouts for last 16 of the masters was his point , and yes the ladies were made aware of this .........Yesterday ! Travel , Hotels all paid for so pulling out not really an option .

Duh I know that Paul but the point is as long as the same people turn up regardless the BDO have no reason to change it, if the ladies all pulled out now the embarrassment alone would surely prompt the BDO or Winmau to alter the prize fund.

The fact that people have been told just yesterday is probably not a coincidence.

I dont see why being exempt to the Last 16 means you HAVE to have some prize money, anyway.

The only issue here is the fact its less than the minor ranking event the day before.

Against the mighty Tytus Kanik and Pawel Wonynka, who actually averaged more than the dynamic duo.
What an effort.

85.86 and 86.85. Not bad for pairs.

Yes but he's unseeded in both as far as I know, would be a massive ask. His goose is cooked and the cash cow has been well and truly milked.

Is Seigo Asada playing. Wonder if he plays the Winmau.

Have to be eligible for the Winmau to play Open and Classic.

Be nice for him to have the option of Lakeside and Ally Pally

Hankey and Fordham both out round of 512 as per usual would be a joke to the system if either qualified for lakeside.
