Spoke to him.
Unsure if he will be back.
How come?
I believe he is fed up with the death of Sharky being repeated ad nauseum by certain forum members on certain forums.
Understandable really, don't blame him.
Asked him if he would return here, he just said it's easier not to post.

Nobel Prize material. Shame they don't award it this year.

To you maybe but to the tens of thousands who attempt to get there every year it probably does ;-)
Dont take this the wrong way but there's a reason why tens of thousands attempt to get there every year and that's because they have no chance of getting to the other one where the real money is because there not good enough correct?

Didn't Rob Cross try and fail to get to Lakeside and then qualified easily for Ally Pally and won it?

He tried to qualify for Lakeside and failed, doesn't make a difference if it was UK events or Europe ones. He failed to qualify and then easily qualified for Ally Pally the next year, that was the point being made.

Think he qualified for Ally Pally because his uncle dragged him out of bed.

I'm sick of appreciation threads detailing how wonderful players are. I want to be the one depressing, antisocial poster you find on every thread.

With that in mind, here is a limerick for when his career inevitably flounders.

There was once was a Pole named Krzysztof
Whose skill at darts made his rivals pissed off
But with his career long since tanking
He turned to over-exuberant wanking
Now doctors have had to take his wrist off.

Many will be trying for both in some form, it’s called choice and it’s great.
