Challenge Tour to kick off same weekend as Q-school. So any European players won't be there as they will have just been in Germany for there q-school. PDC can't be expecting them to all travel over in time for it.
So will there be something for Europeans to go to?

Come on, We’re talking about PDC players now. 4 days rest travelling around Europe ain’t very fair on them.

Aah. Trying to read it on my phone. Got the host of it but missed the bit where they said it was following week. Must have just read following.
It's still a lot to ask say a Dutch player to go from Germany to Uk in a week when they don't know if they are eligible or not.
There is however neve that many Europeans at the challenge tour but I don't think having it the following weekend really helps them.
What's the point of having a European q-school to attract Europeans in then make it difficult for the players to get to a challenge tour weekend
Re: 2018 PDC Unicorn Challenge Tour
Because they should be aiming to be playing on the Main Tour?
Another carrot being dangled for the next Q School as entry fees are likely to be scrapped for the ProTour from either 2018 or 2019.

But they have to have a platform to develop. Rob Cross will be someone that is a great example already.Dannyboy wrote:Because they should be aiming to be playing on the Main Tour?

The best Europeans already come across and qualify through q-school. There aren't many others out there who can't do that that would be of a high enough standard to get onto the tour.
If they don't develop the pool of players that will be attracted by q-school think they will be missing a trick. Expecting them to come across to the uk is to much
