The wait might be to get agreement on free entry to the pro tour. Porter said they was trying to implement it for next season but was struggling to get it done in time.

Well in that case maybe they need to actually come out and say "cards will be split on a pro rata basis based on entries".

I doubt many arrive at Q School thinking I hope I scrape through one of the last available places.
You have to go with the mentality I need to win a card by winning on the day.
