Unterbuchner should not be in the Grand Slam. PDC Need to take a long hard look at BDO participation.
You can all have my word now, it's never been our intention to take over the BDO, we have no intention of taking over the BDO,

They do, the PDC should sling the BDO lot out, they add nothing to the event.

Would lose it's whole attraction without the BDO.

Rubbish. It would sell out the same amount of tickets and the viewing figures would be just as good. THe BDO players are no attraction, outside of Lakeside no one buys tickets to see them and broadcasters aren't interested in them either.

Does it lose its attraction at the last 16 stage then :DDD:

Frankly you are talking pish. Whilst the BDO players have had little success over the past few years, their inclusion is what differentiates this tournament from all the other PDC events. Sky also use this aspect to hype up the GSOD.

If you believe the ticket sales and viewing figures would go down if the likes of Mitchell and McGheeny where not invited then there is no hope left for you :DDD:

Funny that, last 16 onwards has higher attendance and higher viewing figures. How can this be?

I doubt tickets are sold after the BDO players have lost. Viewing figures higher for later stages of a tournament. WOW!

No one pays to watch BDO tomato cans outside of Lakeside. Just accept it, they add nothing to the Grand Slam. The sooner Barry bins them the better.

I think you will be harping on about this for a few years yet, which proves it is the attraction of the tournament.

It's an attraction for Barry Hearn purely because it highlights the gulf in class between the PDC players and the BDO.

The BDO players addition gives the tournament its unique selling point, I seem to recall through my aging memory a BDO player doing rather well ( Scott Waites) it may just be my old age but i’m Sure it was the GSOD

Thus demonstrating the gulf in class
