they are not barred. They just need to win, what maybe 2 matches in 4 days at Q School and then they can enter qualifiers. So its performance based. not in any way shape or form barred

As the head of a darting organisation, aren't you supposed to go into complete radio silence when genuine questions are directed at you? Something along the lines of not being allowed to talk because of sponsors or waiting till a general meeting with your questions?

This Barry Hearn chap clearly doesn't know what he's doing. I give him six months.

Biggest number of entries last year was 279. Maybe this cap is a bit premature? I doubt everyone from Q-school would turn up, there is still travelling involved and the real no hopers will have had some wising up after Q-school surely?

they are not barred. They just need to win, what maybe 2 matches in 4 days at Q School and then they can enter qualifiers. So its performance based. not in any way shape or form barred

But the PDPA stated that they would be able to enter so if they don't finish in the top bracket they are BARRED plus they are BARRED from entering at Rileys, which bit are you struggling with Skewy?

And it would mostly be a long day for the ones winning some serious money wouldn't it? After two/three hours of play the vast majority will be out of the tournament anyway. Cross, MvG and the like should be willing to put in some overtime in exchange for guaranteed qualification and a nice big check.

I love how the shrooms try find any fault they can with the PDC or Hearn as id it somehow negates all the things said about the BDO.
The PDC is not perfect, but the issues are trying to deal with all those who want to join,
The BDO's problem is dealing with all those that want to leave.
