Steve Maish jailed for 2 years
Re: Is this who I think it is?
Co-defendants:
Suzanne Green: 5.5 years in prison (along with another 2.5 year sentence to run concurrently)
Daniel Wiedner: 5.5 years in prison
Arthur Lee: 4.5 years in prison (along with another 2.5 years sentence to run concurrently), disqualified from being a director for 5 years
Michael Myatt: 2.5 years in prison, disqualfied from being a director for 3 years. Also "no costs order", whatever this means
Given the length of some of those, it cant have been insignificant.

Wouldnt confirm the offense (didnt have those details) but did confirm two years imprisonment (not suspended). Also confirmed DOB as 20/11/63 which is two days out from that listed on Wikipedia...

this is going to sound a ridiculous question... but did you just call up and ask and they gave you the info ? ffs ?Ginge wrote:Took me all of 5 minutes, least we got an answer rather than gossiping
Re: Is this who I think it is?
Yes, its public info, unless the judge dictates otherwise. Anyone can wander into a court and watch proceedings assuming the judge allows it, same applies with ringing up and asking for the sentence info.Stranbougie wrote:this is going to sound a ridiculous question... but did you just call up and ask and they gave you the info ? ffs ?Ginge wrote:Took me all of 5 minutes, least we got an answer rather than gossiping

All info of this kind is not private.
was on jury service. All cases put on the net for folks to see. Guess all sentences are put out as well.

I think it could relate to something that’s been going on for about 6 years.BlueSpark wrote:Must have been something fairly serious though Dave?spaceman70 wrote:I have never been Maishy’s accountant. Dan his manager/sponsor was also his accountant.

What does "no costs order" mean? May be a silly question.
