Co-defendants:

Suzanne Green: 5.5 years in prison (along with another 2.5 year sentence to run concurrently)
Daniel Wiedner: 5.5 years in prison
Arthur Lee: 4.5 years in prison (along with another 2.5 years sentence to run concurrently), disqualified from being a director for 5 years
Michael Myatt: 2.5 years in prison, disqualfied from being a director for 3 years. Also "no costs order", whatever this means

Given the length of some of those, it cant have been insignificant.

Yes, its public info, unless the judge dictates otherwise. Anyone can wander into a court and watch proceedings assuming the judge allows it, same applies with ringing up and asking for the sentence info.

All info of this kind is not private.

was on jury service. All cases put on the net for folks to see. Guess all sentences are put out as well.

Yes, although that takes a few days unless the Press get hold of it.

I think it could relate to something that’s been going on for about 6 years.

An email request ;)

What does "no costs order" mean? May be a silly question.
