Surely his leg injury played a part?
It did. Mentioned on RTL7. But Bluey is a big fan of Gezzy :)
Let him celebrate.

No idea about that, didn't watch the game, far too busy.
Leg injury makes no difference to me, his form has been pony for ages.
Shame I didnt record it.

Same old, same old with Snakebite changing his set up again.

Needs to get it sorted before Blackpool, with only here and Shanghai left for him to test his preferred darts under a match situation.

Snakebite was poor there. Have said this ad infinitum on this forum but surely on crucial doubles a player needs to have total confidence with the darts they have in their hands. Peter almost fucked that match away because he clearly did not have that confidence in the set up he was using.

Maverick wrote:Seems to suggest Antics throughout ? Just watched it on you tube and got to say it looked like a bottle problem, however the celebration was aimed directly at Dawson. I had a mate do that to me in a stage final of a money competition when he won a leg, next leg I hit a 12 darter taking out a ton plus and give him it back :DDD: . I’m sure he knows at 3-0 he should have kept his foot firmly on his neck and not even give him a sniff.
Statement from Dawson on Twitter.

You all should have been kicked out of Lakeside for bringing that PDC crowd mentality into the BDO. Paddy should have been ashamed of his behaviour but thats what 2 pints of cider does to him

Disgrace to the real dart fans who usually go to lakeside.

Correct. Shameful behaviour.
I'm glad I was not in attendance on that occasion to witness the home of darts being desecrated in such a wonderful way.

I believe decorum was maintained last year.
Obviously because we were there to keep them in check.

MVG BATTERED BY WADE 8-3.

WADE WAS 5-0 UP AVERAGING 114...MVG WAS AVERAGING 106 AND HAD JUST ONE SHOT AT A DOUBLE.

LOVELY 161 CHECKOUT FOR WADE IN THAT AS WELL
