No. They both played in the German WS event and Bergh played in the World Cup.

Wonderful.
When I lived and played in Belgium, Ronny was always thought of as far better than Kim, Someone said to me a few years ago that I used to play darts with in Belgium that Kim would eventually go on a downward slide, Seems that he is now.

phil davies wrote:Well even though this is an unranked event at least it has an intresting set of qualifiers so should be an entertaining watch. Particularly seeing how Lam and Jamie Lewis play in this. As Lam has been putting in some good averages in the Asian tour and Lewis has played really poor given how good he was at the worlds. Hopefully he can turn up for the TV events he qualifiers for as it seems he will need another deep worlds run.
Hell of a lot of difference in hitting big averages against lesser opponents and playing a televised event against better opposition, Don't think Lam will do any damage, Jamie Lewis has shown bottle in televised events and could well play a lot better than he has shown in recent times, Never been a fan of Jamie Lewis and think he has an awful throwing action but the lad has got a lot of bottle so wouldn't be surprised if he did some damage.

Don’t think Kim has ever had a game capable of throwing big averages when required. His consistent high average seemed to be 95ush when to be a top player in the big events you have to get up to 100 and way beyond to stay there to be successful. Kim never seemed capable of kicking on for long enough

Have to say, absolutely gutted that this is not being held in Glasgow this year. Along with the PL at the Hydro, the WSOD finals is one of the highlights of my darting year. However in all fairness, both the venue at the Braehead Arena and the size of the crowd will be better in Austria and the PDC have made the right decision to move from Glasgow.

Whilst imo this really is only an exhibition, it still affords an opportunity for 2 players to qualify for the GSOD, and think we will see some high quality darts over next weekend.
