Whens the Premier League in the North East ?

As that would be the best time for an 'announcement'

I think he will switch sometime during 2018 - I enquired about booking him for an exhibition and it sounded a bit vague.

Is there even a mechanism for players to switch mid-year these days?

Could he not dress up for Q school and qualify without committing

The PDC may offer up some kind of challenger tour only option for Glen in extreme circumstances. He could then be a PDPA member without going to Q-School and receive his winnings. he would then have the potential to play the UK Open and if he does well on the CT get into some PC events leading to players champs final and world champs as well as some good OOM money from the GSOD.

I'm not sure if the PDC would want to go out of their way to arrange something to get Durrant to switch though. I tend to believe Hearn when he says those days are gone.

I Think those days are gone as far as a straight tour card entry. However a challenge tour entry would be a different matter.

Surely there's lots of money matches for a year having Durrant on sky throughout the year with champ v champ games, Hearn must pull something to get him over?

If he switched and had to give the money back, who would it go to. Potter or the BDO?

Oh and why do they say it would cost him 100K. Real figure would be much much less with tax.

His latest interview makes him sound like mentally he has semi-retired already. I think the story has finished now. Durrant will drift away from prominence like Adams. He is on easy street now. Easy schedule, nice job and a few easy money exbos. I suspect another easy Lakeside win in 2019 and then one or two near misses after that.
