Really thought Stephen was going to pull away from Dimitri in those early stages, but if you don't take your chances, it comes back to bite you in the arse.

Yeah definitely, Bunting not getting a break in those first 8 or 9 legs was a killer, and soon as Dmitri through a good let against the throw the pressure killed Bunting.

Sparky is running this competition, with Fling doing the Worlds.

Can't remember if any one has volunteered for the UK Open, but we will be looking for a volunteer to run the PL one following Ginge posting that he will not be running any more.

I am quite happy to run PL comp. However as I am out every Thursday playing darts it would be Friday evening (possibly lunchtime) before I posted the results.

Dimitri comes across as a very likeable fella. Great 9 darter and so humble. When you see likes of MVG and this spray tan Welsh walloper or Cadby I'm hoping Hopp and Dimitri gain dominance over next few year.

Remember posting on here a few years ago how much I liked Dimitri and how I thought he could achieve lots in the game with time. Has shown such maturity so young, would definitely have him as a contender for the Premier League, simply because he can produce it on the big stage. Look at the World Series this year, the Worlds last year, and now this event. Way more entertaining than the likes of Barney anyway, someone who loves his darts too.
