I'm trying.

Injury was a torn Achilles, due surgery on it next month i think it mentioned.
The injury was weeks ago. He's played a few events since then and the injury has been commented on on every occasion.
Which events? I obviously missed them, or missed the acknowledgement of the injury.

I do apologise for my blind ignorance, your highness.
Players Champs 13, 14, 15 and 16, US Masters and Shanghai Masters, plus articles such as this https://www.pdc.tv/news/2018/06/19/pric ... les-injury and elsewhere and comments on this very forum (and others).

Either you were hibernating or just don't follow the game.
We all haven't got the time or means to watch every event. I watch the majors, and as many terrestial TV events as my schedule allows.

Maybe I just don't follow the game enough, and that's why I don't post much, DAVE.
Even I didn't know he was injured otherwise I wouldn't have picked Price in the prediction contest. Lots of us don't listen to the commentary and I don't read PDC tv news.
I think Mr Owens ;) just needs a new set of darts

Cheers for the updates MrLil8. :DDDD:

If it makes you feel any better, I knew he was injured and sill put him in my acca as Cullen usually blows it on TV and had never won on that stage.
The only failed bet on an otherwise good day

I only knew of Price’s injury as just randomly caught his WSOD match on ITV4 when I had time to view.

He definitely seemed to be struggling so surprised he had not pulled out of the WSOD events. Was a genuine injury so not as if he was faking. Given he’s not at the absolute top tier I presume he was pressurised by the PDC to go as they couldn’t find a suitable replacement. Possibly the likes of Lewis and Wade didn’t want to travel and possibly hamper their chances at The Masters.

Correct.
11 minutes. excellent work.

With the greatest of respect Chris, you are turning into a very bitter and trolling poster.

Just trying to understand, what is the catalyst for this.
Turning ?

He has been for a long time, and since IFM threw his toys out of the pram Chris has only got worse with whiteknighting IFM and jumping on the posts of anyone who dares laughs at IFMs posts that have been reposted.

Look at his obsession with skewball, ginge, myself and many others not counting bluespark.
I think he is angry he is no longer a mod

He refused to worship at the altar of Richie Burnett, sackable offence that is.

With regards to the boards being rubbish, it will only be a matter of time before a discussion arises about certain points being banned from TV competitions.

They're going to have to, especially if the 'normal' players start using them in pub leagues as it'll tear up all the boards BUT on the other hand it could lead to more board sales.

Re boards (not sure this has been mentioned elsewhere) but on screen at Blackpool they were advertising the unicorn smart board (or similar name). Promoting it as a fun element for dart players (aiming it at your non pub players I reckon).

Links to your phone etc. It seemed to be like the soft tip machines but just a board and not the whole cabinet.

It's some laser based system that does the scoring. But if developed more(which it probably is) then it could be used in comps.

It is unlikely to affect me as the white sisel would not be as visible when hitting 1's and 5's.

Does anyone know what points Kyle is using? Just to make sure I don’t buy them
Barneys are machined aswell aren't they?
Barneys are not doing that much damage. You can see the mark where every single dart Kyle has thrown. Look at the doubles or even single numbers he’s hitting
Not watching mate, haven't got Sky and only have my phone atm.
Only going from what I've read and seen on here

I still have a spot spare mate

Kim playing really well in that first session, averaging circa 100 and taking out 2 ton plus finishes.

Thankfully I don't bet a lot of money, as if I did I would be a pauper after my first round selections. Hendo was my nap of the first round :omg: Only chance I have is John to get steaming on the Oche, ala Norris last year, and noise Kim up.

Only chance for me to end up this week is have Mensur and Adie e/w at 33/1.

That being said I still have the 2nd round onwards to go.
