Players being escorted to the stage by walk on girls with girls in skimpy shorts on stage waving their pom poms?

You've changed your tune

You are. These events will keep up the party atmosphere. I also hope the ET events will not bow to 'loony lefty' / 'PC gone mad' pressure.

Lost 25% of its TV audience from the first edition last year, lots of people who were in the arena complained that it was entirely geared towards the TV presentation to the detriment of the live experience, and loads of people who watched it on TV moaned about excessive commercial breaks and the exceptionally incompetent MoC (they did last year, too, which may explain why the ratings were so much lower this time).

If you need to see scantily clad walk on girls to enjoy the darts then I suggest that there may be some underlying issues.

Having said that I am looking forward to seeing the dancing girls on the stage tonight. They are proper role models for young girls.

Ignoring the probable trolling....are they keeping the dancing girls or have these been culled as well?

And it was not trolling. Dance is a great vocation for young girls and boys for that matter. Escorting men is not.
