The little bollox was laughing and looking awful smug.
Deserved a few words from Lewis, although he shouldnt have put his hands on him.
I like how Adrian has not bowed to public pressure and not apologised to the player.
Good stuff.
An apology draws a line under it.
Not really. No point in apologising if he wasn't sorry , which many robots would do for the cameras.
I admire him for that.
The issues were clearly around the squeeking floor. Lewis thought that Perales was trying to use gamesmanship.
This truth will be borne out when perales is not fined for gamesmanship.
That's a ridiculous statement. Nobody only the two players know the truth.
It's not like Lewis hit him a box now is it ?
You want to 'ban' somebody for getting aggressive on a 1st offence ?
That would be OTT imo.

Erm the various videos confirm what happened.
You can see Perales pointing at the floor as if to say "its the floor not me"

He was still smug about it though. This is darts not dancing. I like to see a bit of argie bargie up there.

It was streamed and therefore very bad for the PDC, he should have been banned but the fact that it was suspended does indicate that the PDC may have thought that the Spaniard was not as innocent as it looked on camera.
On a side note what the hell happened on 14-15th November 2015 for 15 people to get a formal warning for "Breach of players contract - playing in non PDC televised event"?

Who said something about a squeaky floor?
I thought Lewis seemed to get to the oche before Perales had managed to move, hence why he turned a quiried what he was doing. This seemed to annoy Lewis. Peralas reaction to that was to raise a smile/smirk and to be honest if I was in that situation that's what I'd end up doing. It's a natural reaction when someone starts to get aggressive. Then the more worked up Lewis got the funnier he found it.
As Lewis has now apologised for his actions on the day surely it's time to draw a line under the scenario he's been fined for what happened as well as getting a ban albeit suspended
