First time on the stage for Dawson since Vegas. Looking forward to this match as Nicholson has been showing a bit of form recently.

Re: European Tour 2018
here is a result you are missing
Matt Padgett (89.74) 6 (11) 4 (92.66) Dimitri Van den Bergh
I am sure Chris would have copied it anyway from my posts elsewhere as usual

Re: European Tour 2018
Nicholson played well, but another part of the learning curve for Dawson.
Watched a lot of his games in the qualifiers in Vegas last year and in all fairness was surprises he came through them to play Wade in the WSOD. Equally surprised when he beat James.
Has come on leaps and bounds this year, with qualifying at Q School and hitting a 9 darter already this year.
Made huge sacrifices to move to the UK and has had a great year so far. The future is bright for this kid.

Seems to have the right attitude for the game. And he can definitely throw a dart.ssjsa wrote:Nicholson played well, but another part of the learning curve for Dawson.

Shame he came up against an on form Nicholson. You need a good rub of the draw in these ETs. But I am sure he'll get one sooner than later.

Re: European Tour 2018
Have posted these ratings before.
These are ELO ratings from a darts statistician on Twitter who posts as The Darts Oracle.
Looking at the anomalies with the betting odds, based on these ratings, Wattimena, Noppert and Kyle Anderson represent good value

These 3 look good value for your money indeed.
