Can you run that through google translate for those of us who speak the Queen's English?

I pressed play and thought you'd got the wrong audio and we were listening to a Jasper Carrot concert

He basically said the PDC was a rude awakening, no walking through the early rounds as in BDO events. And too much travelling in the BDO (for peanuts though he didn't say that) when most of the PDC tour is within a 2 hour drive for him. Says he would of liked to have won something major in the BDO but didn;t want to be another one of these players that left it too long to switch and live with regrets.

Seems to have his head screwed on, interesting to see how far he goes.

What does he actually say then? Let me guess, the total opposite of what Canuck-bully summarised?

Love listening to Jamie.

I lived in the Black Country for 3 years growing up so everyone sounded like that at school :)

"different standard of players"
In the BDO you can "play your way into a tournament"

Travelling number one reason for switching

Canuck is about right.

I certainly want him to do well, his A game is up there but just needs to bring it more often.

They are his words, but obviously he is referring to the challenger and main tour events and qualifiers that will lead to him making the TV events.

Part and Jenkins on TV - sadly nowadays a rare thing to see them on TV (actually playing, ofc), let alone both on the same day.
Hope they both play well and have a little run in the UK Open. Two of my all time favourite players, I wish the current generation was more like them instead of emulating that horrific gurning pr**k.

Tweet from Joe Cullen:

Sorting the garage out yesterday..... felt something go in my back! Been to see an osteopath today and I’ve slipped a disc! Back there on Monday for acupuncture to try get somewhere near to fighting fit in time for Minehead next week .

Looks like he will be struggling to make it.
