What are the things that annoy you in darts ?
What would you like to see improved ?
What would be the one thing you could change?

* the price of new darts?
* not being able to try before you buy ?
* badly ran tournaments?
* poor standards?
* peoples bad maths?
* players etiquette?
* not enough tournaments?
* poor tournament promotion?
* poor web sites to find out info?
* IT COULD BE ANYTHING ANYTHING ELSE ?????

You get the jist. I only ask because I help run a local darts league, help host tournaments but i am also an entrepreneur with a few businesses and I always like to improve

Any pain points that can be improved upon make folk happy and the league run better, more happier players. More bums on seats

Very much this.

Darts has been far too cliquey for too long.

Poorly run tournaments, it's not difficult.
People losing and leaving without marking.
Top heavy prize funds.
Poorly advertised tournaments "I put it on my Facebook page".
Venues with inadequate heating.
Markers nodding when you hit a treble or looking back at you.
Rileys.

They don't do it when I hit my treble 1s and 5s.

Interesting point on top heavy pay out structures. What are folks preferred payout structure and tournaments buy in

Would you be happy to pay a premium entry fee per man if it it guaranteed a premium experience ? like you do in a land-based casino for a fully dealer dealt game

Round Robin tournaments are the way to go. (Just need more boards) , also means you can charge a bit more.

I like the poker style payouts, you can find examples on the Internet, they use percentages of total prizefund.

I feel that is the biggest obstacle stopping new players from playing...counting snobbery

What I hate most is traveling to a darts event and being asked to go home because it's too dangerous to travel even though the tournament still goes ahead.
